Overview
Speedo caters for fitness swimmers really well, but they lacked the same connection with outdoor swimmers. When pools closed during the pandemic, there as a massive opportunity.
We launched #OutsidersClub, a space where Speedo could showcase swim communities and champion the UK’s outdoor swimming community: Those dipping in lidos, lakes, rivers, seas and even Wheely bins during lockdown! Furthering their brand mission to “Make Waves for Everyone” and represent real community initiatives.
Outsiders Club has improved the brand's reputation with its target audience by providing a more relevant, real and representative context for their products. Most critically developing a strong relationship with the outdoor swimming community amassing:
